Rachel joined the Animal Kingdom family in October 2025, bringing with her a passion for animals and a fresh perspective. A Charlotte, NC native and recent NC State University graduate, she earned her degree in Animal Science in 2026 and has her sights set on veterinary school, a goal that feels like a natural fit for someone who clearly loves animals inside and out.
When she’s not working toward her future in veterinary medicine, you can find her spending time with her beloved 8-year-old Havanese, Jay, her furry best friend and probably her biggest inspiration.
